NameSilo, LLC — an ICANN-accredited registrar (IANA ID 1479). Your domain is registered through them in your name; we're the reseller and your dashboard. We tell you this up front because the registrar of record is who ultimately holds the registration — you should always know who that is.

If DNS resolution for a domain you bought through us is ever interrupted by our infrastructure, contact support — we treat it as a priority incident. No premium tier, no add-on fee.
You do. The WHOIS registrant is you (with privacy on by default), and the domain is yours to move or transfer out at any time — unlock it and grab your authorization (EPP) code yourself in the dashboard. We never hold it hostage.
Registration and renewal are the same price, on every TLD — the price table is the promise. No cheap-first-year-then-spike, no add-ons bolted on at checkout (SSL, privacy, DNS, email/URL forwarding are all included).
We email you before every renewal (30 / 7 / 1 days). After expiry there's a renewal-grace window (renew at the normal price), then the registry redemption window (restore for a registry fee), then it drops — exactly the ICANN lifecycle, shown honestly with the real costs, not used to scare you.
Domain charges are itemized before you pay (multi-year discount, privacy line, tax). A failed registration is refunded. Marketplace sales move the registrant to the buyer, not just our records.

Are you an ICANN-accredited registrar?
Not directly — we're a reseller on top of NameSilo, an accredited registrar of record, with DNS on Cloudflare. We think the honest answer matters more than a logo: you get an accredited registration, accredited transfer-out rights, and a dashboard that doesn't trap you.
Can I transfer my domain away?
Yes, any time, self-serve. Unlock the transfer lock and copy your EPP/authorization code from the dashboard — we never withhold it, and there's no exit fee. Portability is an ICANN right and a trust signal; we treat it as both.
What happens to my site if I leave?
The domain is yours; point its nameservers wherever you like. If your site is hosted on xigzag it stays live while the domain points here, and your data is yours to export.
Do you charge for “Premium DNS” like other registrars?
No. The fast, reliable, anycast DNS that Namecheap and GoDaddy sell as a $2–3/yr Premium DNS add-on (with a 100% uptime SLA as the pitch) is what every xigzag domain gets for free, because we run on Cloudflare's network from day one. There's no slower free tier to upsell you off of — the good DNS is the only DNS we offer.
